Low Capacity Weigh Belt Feeder System, Model F51

The Saimo F51 Weigh Belt Feeder System is specially designed for light material handling, mainly in the food and chemical industry at low feed rates with precision and high sensitivity.

The system is ideal for applications require capacity between 50kg/h to 10,000kg/h or belt loading from 2kg/m to 20kg/m.

Options:

• Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
• Full-sealed enclosure with head hood and tail discharge
• Drive motor style: chain transmission or shaft mount
• Flow/no-flow detector, run off switches, safety pull switch and plugged-chute detector

• Capacity range: 50kg to 10,000kg per hour
• Accuracy: ±0.25-1.0%, on approved applications
• Belt widths: 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 650mm
• Endless polyurethane belt or other applicable belt
• Weighbridge directly supported by dual load cells
• Digital speed sensor, directly coupled to the conveyor tail pulley
